- Flies: greenbottle, bluebottle and houseflies are the most common flies. These flies do not sting but can spread filth and disease if they land on exposed food. they lay their eggs wherever they land like on manure, garbage or carcasses. Try to keep flies away from food especially while on picnics or inside the house.
- Snakes: Although most species of snakes are harmless, there are several in various parts of the country tha are poisonous. For instancs, in the south, water moccasins and coral snakes are poisonous. So have to be careful around open spaces in rocks, or wood piles and along garden paths.
